Distributor for ‘The Fall’
Good news, Lee fans! According to The Hollywood Reporter, film distributor Roadside Attractions has picked up “The Fall”, which is the film Lee worked on after Wonderfalls ended.
… set in a 1920s hospital, [it ]centers on a fantastical story told to a young girl (Catinca Untaru) with a broken collarbone by an injured stuntman (Lee Pace). The films brings the tale of five heroes who escape from a desert island to life with violent and surreal imagery channeled through the girl’s imagination.
The film premiered at the 2006 Toronto fest, but hadn’t been able to secure distribution until now. According to their article, it will be released domestically in March (!).
